By submitting this application, I authorize Saylor Wheel LLC to make inquiries into business/trade references that were provided. Upon positive acceptance by Saylor Wheel LLC of this application, I agree to pay for all goods purchased according to the terms stated on the face of the invoice to seller’s address.
If tax exemption status has been provided in this form, any applicable taxes due are the responsibility of the purchasing company/person
I understand that service charges will accrue on any past due balances at the end of each month at the rate of 1.5% per month. If such charges are posted to my account, I will accept liability for payment. If there happens to be a returned check, I will be responsible for paying all fees involved with processing. Also, I understand that if the account must be turned over for collection, I will be responsible for all fees pertaining to collection as well.
